TEST OBJECTIVE:
This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of the Beesline Lip Care Shea Butter & Avocado Oil in improving the condition and the hydration state of the lips during cold winter weather.
PROTOCOL
• 10 panelists validated the sensory properties of the Lip Care Shea Butter & Avocado Oil using descriptive sensory evaluation method
• Panelists are 8 females and 2 male aged between 20 to 50 years old
• Study performed in winter (cold & dry weather conditions)
• Subjects were instructed to wear the test product for at least 8 hours per day for 3 consecutive days
• Subjects completed a self-assessment questionnaire at the end of the study
EVALUATION PARAMETERS:
✓Moisturizing effect:lips are well-hydrated.
✓Protecting effect: lips are protected against dryness.
✓Emollient effect: lips feel soft & smooth without lip contour wrinkles.
✓Nourishing effect: lips are healthy looking.
✓Flavoring effect: sweet & pleasant vanilla flavor.
